BESTÄLLNING
Du kan ändra din beställning inom 24 timmar från att ordern är lagd.
Du måste vara 18 år för att beställa.

BETALSÄTT
Du kan betala säkert med VISA, Mastercard, American Express eller PayPal. Kortinformation överförs via säker SSL-kryptering och lagras inte. Alla betalningar hanteras via tredje parts dedikerade gateways för att garantera ditt skydd.

EJ UTHÄMTADE PAKET
De flesta försändelser finns hos ditt postombud i 14 dagar. På avin hittar du information om liggetiden. Försändelser som inte hämtas ut i tid skickas tillbaka till avsändaren. Ej hämtade varor returneras till oss mot en avgift. För alla paket som inte löses ut förbehåller vi oss rätten att debitera dig kostnader för returfrakt, expeditionsavgift och hanteringsavgift. För närvarande motsvarar denna kostnad 150 kr.

FORCE MAJEURE
Händelser utanför vår kontroll, som inte rimligen kan förutses, ska anses vara Force majeure vilket innebär att vi befrias från våra förpliktelser att fullgöra ingångna avtal. Force majeure inkluderar regeringsåtgärd, ny eller ändrad lagstiftning, konflikt, embargo, brand eller översvämning, sabotage, olycka, krig, naturkatastrofer, strejker eller brist på leverans från leverantörer, regeringsbeslut som påverkar marknaden och produkterna negativt, till exempel restriktioner, varningar, förbud m.m.

FÄRGER
Vi har gjort vårt yttersta för att visa så exakta färger som möjligt på de produkter /posters som visas på webbsidan. Om det finns färgskillnader mellan färgerna på webbplatsen på din dator och de faktiska färgerna på bilderna, beror det på att färgåtergivningen på olika datorer skiljer sig åt.

LEVERANS
Alla bilder printas efter beställning och leveranstiden inom Sverige är 2-5 arbetsdagar. Paketet kommer till ditt närmaste PostNord utlämningsställe. Privatpersoner har alltid FRI FRAKT inom Sverige. Önskar du hemleverans löser vi självklart det men då tillkommer en avgift.
Till övriga länder tar det mellan 3-10 arbetsdagar beroende på land. Vid beställningar med leveransadress utanför Sverige betalas frakt, eventuella tullkostnader och skatter av dig. På beställning med leveransadress utanför EU debiteras du inte svensk moms. Maila gärna för mer information.

ORDERBEKRÄFTELSE
Vi skickar en orderbekräftelse med information om ditt köp via e-post så snart vi har fått din beställning. Vi rekommenderar att du sparar orderbekräftelsen om du skulle behöva kontakta kundtjänst.
PRISER
Priserna är inklusive 25% moms.
REKLAMATION
Kontakta oss så snart som möjligt efter mottagen leverans via mail med bilder på din reklamation så hjälper vi dig gärna. Tänk på att om paketet är skadat vid leverans så ta bilder på paketet direkt på utlämningsstället.
RETURRÄTT
Vi har alltid 14 dagars öppet köp under förutsättning att produkten är oöppnad och i nyskick. Kontakta oss via mail innan du returnerar. Var noga med att skicka tillbaka produkten i originalförpackningen och gärna med samma emballage. Du står själv för returkostnaden. Pengarna återbetalas på samma sätt som du betalat så snart vi har behandlat din retur men alltid inom 14 dagar.
Betalar du med PayPal så får du tillbaka returkostnaden av dem. (Gäller om du bor i något av följande länder: Australien, Belgien, Bulgarien, Cypern, Danmark, Estland, Finland, Frankrike, Irland, Italien, Grekland, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Malta, Nederländerna, Norge, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Schweiz, Slovakien, Slovenien, Spanien, Sverige, Tjeckien, Ungern, Österrike.) RETURRÄTT GÄLLER INTE
En produkt som tagits fram enligt kundens specifika specifikationer utan är då befriad från konsumentens rätt att häva köpet under lagen om Svenska distansavtal.

COLORS
We have done our utmost to display as accurate colors as possible on the products displayed on the website. If there are color differences between the colors of the website on your computer and the actual colors of the images, it is because the color rendering on different computers differs.

COMPLAINT
Contact us as soon as possible after receiving delivery, via email with pictures on your complaint and we will be happy to assist you. Keep in mind that if the package is damaged on delivery, take pictures of the package directly at the delivery point.
DELIVERY
All pictures are printed after ordering and delivery time within Sweden is 2-5 working days. The package comes to your nearest PostNord delivery point. Private persons always have FREE SHIPPING within Sweden. If you want home delivery we will of course solve it but then there will be a fee.
To other countries, it takes between 3-10 working days depending on the country. For orders with delivery address outside Sweden, shipping, any customs costs and taxes are payable by you. On order with delivery address outside the EU you are not charged Swedish VAT. Please email for more information.

FORCE MAJEURE
Events beyond our control, which cannot reasonably be foreseen, shall be deemed to be Force majeure, which means that we are exempted from our obligations to fulfill the agreements entered into. Force majeure includes government action, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers, government decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as restrictions, warnings, prohibitions, etc.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

PRICES
Prices include 25% VAT within the European Union.
RETURNS
We always have 14 days of purchase on approval provided the product is unopened and in new condition. Contact us by mail before returning. Be sure to return the product in its original packaging and preferably with the same packaging. You are responsible for the return cost. The money will be refunded in the same way as you paid as soon as we have processed your return but always within 14 days.
If you pay with PayPal you will receive the return cost from them. RIGHT TO RETURN DOES NOT APPLY
A product that has been produced according to the customer's specific specifications is exempt from the consumer's right to cancel the purchase under the Swedish Distance Contract Act.

If you need help with photographing yourself or your family, pictures for your website or social media - private or business, product, interior or food photography then you are more than welcome to contact us.

UNCLAIMED GOODS
Most items are available at your postal agent for 7-14 days. On the delivery note you will find information about exact regulations. Shipments that are not picked up in time are sent back to the sender. Unclaimed goods are returned to us for a fee. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee. Currently, this cost corresponds to SEK 300.
